The full 10-course program, paid in advance, is $1599, a discount of $291.

Class Location
Vestal classes are held in an attractive classroom overlooking the hills that embrace the Greater Binghamton area. The natural beauty of New York State's Southern Tier, combined with comfortable accommodations, a wide variety of restaurants, an active cultural scene, great sport facilities, excellent shopping and more, can turn a weekend in this area into a mini-vacation.
The Greater Binghamton area is located on three major expressways - Interstate 81, Interstate 88, and New York 17 (future Interstate 86). New York City is an easy 3 1/2 hour drive by car or bus.
Binghamton is easily reached by bus via Greyhound Lines, ShortLine/Coach USA, or Adirondack Trailways.
Greater Binghamton Regional Airport offers direct flights to and from Philadelphia, Washington, Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Detroit, with connections to everywhere.
School Policies
Repeating a Class
Students who wish to take a class for the second time may do so, space permitting, at a 50% discount.
Transfers Between Programs
Students who have paid for a full program and who wish to transfer one or more classes to a different program may do so, space permitting. Students who have paid for a full program in Vestal and who wish to transfer one or more classes to a program in New York City will be subject to a tuition supplement of $20 per transferred class.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
For cancellations received at least 14 days prior to class date, a refund will be issued less a $49 service charge.
For cancellations received within 14 days of class date, a refund will be issued less a $99 service charge.
If a student pays for and begins a full program and is unable to complete the program, missed classes may be transferred to the next program offered. Alternatively, the student may elect to be charged, at the individual class rate, for classes taken, and a refund can be issued for any remaining balance.
If a student pays the Certification Exam and Processing Fee prior to completing the 10-course program and is then unable to complete the program, the Certification Exam and Processing Fee is refundable less a $29 service charge. Once a student completes the 10-course program, the Certification Exam and Processing Fee is non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued beyond one year from the date payment is made.
